Maritech Commissioning Works is a team of Canadian engineers, energy and building systems specialists focused on commissioning new and existing buildings for successful, sustainable operations.
We bring extensive experience across virtually every public and private sector, in both new construction and existing building projects.
Maritech has commissioned mechanical and electrical systems for new builds of varying size and function, from recreational multiplexes to high containment laboratories. Our focus is on making sure an innovative design is fully prepared for the rigors of daily facility operations. We will commission:
A successful third party commissioning agent is familiar with the sustainable design and operational requirements that specific green building certification programs entail. Maritech applies comprehensive design and commissioning knowledge of LEED®, Green Globes®, and other certification programs based on the specific certification goals of our clients. We’re ready to support your certification process with objective, third party commissioning for both new construction and existing buildings
Maritech can lead the development and support the implementation of recommissioning or retro commissioning projects in buildings where energy or operational performance has diminished, either as a function of age or of evolving operational requirements. Maritech energy specialists can work closely with building operators to identify actionable energy and operational performance solutions with measurable results.
This project demonstrates Maritech's abilities to provide comprehensive building system commissioning services in a state-of-the-art, LEED-certified multi-purpose training and athletic centre.
